I cant believe I read the whole thing. Did the author contribute the "good" reviews of this book? Its hard to imagine anyone enjoying this clunker ... The military hardware described in this book is beyond silly ... most of it violates laws of physics or biological reality ... a gas that kills everyone in a large room in less than a second? Get real! That politicians are capable of the deceit and vileness portrayed in the book is perhaps the only viable part of the book; the characters are one-dimensional, inadequately developed, and obviously designed for their roles. That an "elite" specwar team would accept Theban Stones cowboy antics violates every precept of their selection process ... but its necessary as a plot device. Save time ... buy something else ... anything else.
