This book has been a great help in learning to use Photoshop CS2. The explanations are straightforward with good examples. Well worth the time and effort to go through. The lessons given can be expanded upon to your own projects.
I bought this book for my class; its easy to follow, yet comprehensive. Each chapter (in form of a project) presents a set of tools that is necessary for that project step by step. You would learn so much more if you try different options such as setting "opacity" in different % to see what effect it has on the photo, etc.--dont be afraid to mess up since you can always go back in "history" step you want to be.
