I found this book excellent to go back and brush up on fundlementals, and certainly filled in some missing gaps in my knowledge. I would think this would be a good book for someone new to VBA also.
I am a self taught Access developer, and i was looking for a good Access VBA book, that could help me with all those doubts and problems that come along when we try to take it a little further... Well... this is the book! The author explains everything in a very understandable way. It was really helpful and, certainly my best buy in the last months...
I must agree with other reviewers. In spite of a good knowledge of Access the reading of this book does not help to write practical applications, and is very frustrating. The author jumps from topic to topic and gives very little code that can be used in real life situations. I would qualify this book as no more than a broad and theoretical overview.
